Three kinds of note.
Research notes come out of the instruments. Field notes come out of engagements. Method notes explain why the build sequence is shaped the way it is. All of them start with something a reading kept returning.
Editorial standard
We publish what the instruments return.
These notes exist because the readings keep producing the same patterns, and those patterns are worth more in the open than in a client deck. Four rules govern what makes it out.
- Nothing is published that we have not measured.
- No client is identifiable in any note we release.
- Findings that failed to replicate are reported as failures.
- Every instrument is published in full, never as a preview.
